Charity is a senior business analyst at BBD. She has a BTech Degree in Chemical Engineering, an IT Diploma, as well as a variety of IT-related certificates that have helped her get to where she is today.

With over 20 years of experience, and having worked across an array of sectors, including government, banking, telecoms, and education, she is very passionate about business analysis, and enjoys seeing a concept from inception to final outcome, particularly when her projects add value and make lives easier. She is dedicated to providing bespoke solutions for her clients and their diverse needs, and approaches projects with the mindset that there is no one-size-fits-all method.
