An exploration of personalities and personality types in the tech world – where understanding ourselves can supercharge our success and satisfaction in this dynamic field.

This talk will initially go into the history of personality as well as personality within tech, and how the landscape of the industry has shifted, such as developers no longer being the stereotypically nerdy archetype and management now consists of primarily people in tech.

I then will take the audience through two personality frameworks, and allow them to theoretically come up with a personality type that they think suits them (this will be done at a high level and encourage audience participation). Once we've discovered our theoretical personality types, we would move into some practical insights.bWe'll dive into the strengths and stumbling blocks of each personality type, all while discovering how to both harness our unique attributes for maximum impact as well as addressing areas for growth.
