The talk focuses on the experience I had onboarding members of my team during the migration of a large scale application with a very tight deadline. I had to onboard 10+ members in the span of 2 months while minimizing the impact on the project deadlines with an already limited team capacity. The talk will detail the approach taken to get members up to speed quickly and highlighting key aspects of the delivery process that made the impossible a lot more managable.
